* We are located on Utah Scenic Byway 12 near the 20-mile marker. The house is about a mile north of the town of Tropic. We are high on a hill on the east side of the Byway. Look for a log house with a blue metal roof

Policies

Please remember that we are a non-smoking facility, inside and out.

Arrival Times
Check-in is 3 pm to 6 pm. If you cannot make it by 6:00 pm, please call us at 435-679-8443.
There is no check-in after 11 pm.
Morning check out is 10:30 am.
Time zone: Utah is in the Mountain time zone. California, Nevada, and Arizona are one hour behind Utah.

Pets
Buffalo Sage is also home to our family pets (Dog, cat, horse,

goat, donkey, and llama). No animal has ever been inside one of our guest rooms, but if being around our friends make you uncomfortable, please let us know and we will make sure they are in another part of the house during your visit, if possible.

Cancellation

Please remember, we have a seven-day cancellation policy. If you cancel within seven days, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be applied if we cannot re-rent the room.
